59 year old non-smoker, in good health who wished to undergo a facelift to rejuvenated her facial appearance. Her facelift included a suture plication of her muscles in her neck and the SMAS fascia layer of her cheek in a vertical direction. She also had liposuction of the fullness under her chin. Her post operative photos were taken 2 months after her facelift. She has a more youthful overall appearance with a straighter jawline, smoother cheek appearance and a youthful neck line and contour.
