66 year old male, 5 feet 10 inches, 180 lbs who wishes to rejuvenate his appearance by facelift and upper and lower blepharoplasties. His facelift was done with a SMAS plication. A skin only upper blepharoplasty was done and fat/skin removal of the lower eyelids was done. His post operative photos were taken 1 year 8 months after facelift, upper and lower blepharoplasties and show a natural and rejuvenated, more vigorous appearance of his face and neck and a more alert appearance to his eyes.
