56 year old female who wished to undergo a facelift to rejunvenate her facial appearance. Her concerns were the lax skin under her chin, the blunted angle of her neck, the loss of jawline smoothness and sharpness and volume loss in her midface. She underwent a facelift with lateral platysma plication, subplatysmal fat removal in the midline of the neck and platysmal plication in the neck midline. Her postoperative photos were taken 1 month after her face lift and show improved midfacial volume, a smoother and sharper jawline, an improved neck angle and correction of the lax skin of her neck.
