61 year old, nonsmoking female who wished to rejuvenate her facial appearance. She underwent a High SMAS facelift, neck defatting, sub-platymsa defatting and medial and lateral platysmal suturing, plus upper and lower blepharoplasty. Her post operative photos were taken 1 month after her surgery showing a brighter, more alert appearance of her eyes and a youthful, energetic facial and neck appearnace with a smooth, straight jawline.
