66 year old female nonsmoker who was unhappy with the appearance of her lower eyes which she felt made her look tired. She underwent a lower blepharoplasty with symmetrical fat removal. Her post operative photos were done 1 month after her lower blepharoplasty showing a rejuvenated appearance.
