Eyelid Surgery Photos - Case #4769

44 year old female who wished to undergo a lower blepharoplasty to remove the buldges under her eyes. She felt the buldges made her look tired and she wished to rejuvenate her appearance. She underwent a lower blepharoplasty via an incision 1mm below her lower lashes. Fat compartments were trimmed till flush with the lower orbital rim and conservative skin resection was done. Each eyelid was closed with a single stitch placed under the skin. Her post operative photos were taken 1 month after her lower blepharoplasty and show an improved contour to her lids and a more youthful and rejuvenated appearance.
