Eyelid Surgery Photos - Case #2604

52 year old female, 5 feet 7 inches, 130 lbs who was unhappy with the laxity of her upper and lower eyelid skin. She underwent a skin excision upper blepharoplasty and a pinch lower blepharoplasty, both under only local anesthesia, to help smooth the upper and lower eyelid skin and remove redundancy. A skin only blepharoplasty was done to preserve as much volume in the peri -orbital areas as possible, to maintain a youthful “full” appearance. Her post blepharoplasty photos were taken 1.5 months after surgery and show excellent smoothing of both upper and lower eyelid skin, especially in the lateral upper lids. Her eyes look more alert and youthful and she is very pleased.
