62 year old female, nonsmoker who wished to undergo upper blepharoplasty and lower blepharoplasty to rejunvenate the appearance of the area around her eyes. She felt she looked tired due to the lax skin of her upper lids. She underwent upper blepharoplasty and a pinch lower blepharoplasty under local anesthesia only. Each incision was closed with a single suture placed below the skin level, to minimize appearance of the incision line. Her post blepharoplasty photos were taken 2 months after surgery showing a rejuvenated periocular appearance. The patient feels she looks more youthful and alert from her blepharoplasties.
