52 year old female, 5 feet 10 inches, 170 lbs, smoker who was unhappy with her eyelid appearance due to excess skin and asymmetry of the skin. She underwent a standard upper lid blepharoplasties and canthopexies and lower lid pinch blepharoplasty. Post operative photos were taken 1 month after surgery.
