40 year old female, 5 feet 6 inches, 145 lbs, with 2 prior births who had developed ptosis of her breasts. She wished to improve the contour and shape of her breasts with a breast lift/mastopexy. Her breast lift/mastopexy was done using a Wise pattern which allowed better skin tightening and nipple/areolar elevation. All suturing was done with buried sutures. Her post op photos were taken 2 months after her breast lift/mastopexy and show improved breast shape, correct position of the nipple/areola in a youthful lifted position. She is very pleased with the result of her breast lift/mastopexy.
