Breast Augmentation Photos - Case #6023

24 year old female, 5 feet 3 inches, 124 lbs, with no prior pregnancies, with a 34 B cup, who wished to undergo a breast augmentation to enhance her breast size to a 34 C cup. Her breast augmentation was done with 300 cc smooth, round, moderate profile silicone gel implants, placed under her chest muscle through an incision in the fold under her breasts and using a Keller funnel to place the implants. Post operative photos were taken 2 months after her breast augmentation, showing a proportional augmentation with excellent symmetry. She has achieved her 34 C cup.
