Breast Augmentation Photos - Case #5902

40 year old female fitness competitor 5 feet 3 inches, 115 lbs with 2 prior pregnancies,  who wished to enhance her breast volume with a breast augmentation.  She was a 32A cup and wished to be a full C cup.  She underwent a breast augmentation with 285cc smooth, round, moderate profile plus silicone gel breast implants, placed under the muscle through an incision in the fold under her breast.   Insertion was done with a Keller Funnel.  Her post operative photos were taken 7 months after her breast augmentation and show an excellent, proportional breast enhancement.  She is very pleased with her result.
