Breast Augmentation Photos - Case #5489

24 year old female, 4 feet 11 inches, 95 lbs, with no prior pregnancies, who wished to undergo a breast augmentation to increase her breast size from a 32 A to a 32 full B. Her breast augmentation was done with 210 smooth, round, silicone gel implants, placed beneath her chest muscle through an incision in the fold under her breasts as a Dual Plane 2 dissection. A Keller Funnel was used for her breast implant insertion. Her post operative photos were taken 2 months after her breast augmentation and show a balanced, proportional augmentation. She is very happy with her breast augmentation.
