31 year old female, nonsmoker, 5 feet 9 inches, 156 lbs with 2 prior pregnancies and 2 births, who wished to undergo a breast augmentation to rejuvenate to appearance of her breasts after childbirth. Her breast augmentation was done through an incision in the fold under the breast, with the breast implant placed below her chest muscle in a Dual Plane 3 fashion. Her breast implants were smooth, round, silicone gel, 470cc. Her post-operative photos were taken 1 month after her breast augmentation.
