Breast Augmentation Photos - Case #5397

23 year old female, 5 feet 4 inches, 135 lbs, no prior pregnancies, who wished to enhance the volume and appearance of her breasts. She had a constricted breast deformity with nipple level asymmetry, the left nipple/areola being lower than the right. She underwent a breast augmentation with a left breast lift using 380 cc smooth round silicone gel implants, placed in a pocket below her chest muscle through and incision in the fold under her breasts. A keller funnel was used to insert the implants. Her post-operative photos were taken 8 months after her breast augmentation/breast lift and show excellent symmetry and a balanced proportional augmentation. She is very pleased with her breast augmentation and breast lift.
