Breast Augmentation Photos - Case #5349

23 year old female, 5 feet, 114 lbs, 1 prior pregnancy who wished to undergo a breast augmentation to enhance her breast volume. She was a 32 B and wished to increase to approximately a 32 D. Her breast augmentation was done with 355cc smooth, round, moderate plus profile silicone gel implants, placed in a pocket below her chest muscle, through an incision in the fold under her breasts and inserted using a Keller Funnel. The photos taken after her breast augmentation were taken 3 months after her surgery. Her breast augmentation has allowed her to achieve her D cup size she wished.
