Breast Augmentation Photos - Case #5221

27 year old female, 5 feet 6 inches, 147 lbs, nonsmoker, with no prior pregnancies, who wished to enhance her breast size and shape by breast augmentation. She was currently a 34 ! and wished to increase her cup size to a 34 C. After dimensional measurements were done of her breasts, the patient chose a 320 cc smooth, round, highly cohesive, “gummy bear” silicone gel implant. Her implants were placed below her pectoral muscle, as a Dual Plane 2 dissection, through an incision in the fold under her breast, using a Keller Funnnel to insert the implants. Her post operative photos were taken 5 months after her breast augmentation and show excellent symmetry and a proportion breast augmentation. She has achieved her C cup and is very pleased with her result.
