Breast Augmentation Photos - Case #5151

26 year old female, 5 feet 5 inches, 120 lbs with no prior pregnancies who wished to undergo breast augmentation to enhance her breast size. Pre-operatively she was a 32 B cup and wished to be a 32 Full C cup. After dimensional measurements of her breasts which aided in determining the implants her breasts would accommodate, she chose a 350 cc smooth round silicone gel implant. Her breast implants were placed under the chest muscle via an incision in the fold under her breast utilizing a Keller funnel for insertion with a Dual Plane 2 dissection. Her post operative photos were taken 5 weeks after her breast augmentation and show a balanced, proportional breast augmentation. She is very pleased with her results.
