Breast Augmentation Photos - Case #5105

29 year old female, 5 feet 1 inch, 127 lbs, no prior pregnancies, who wished to undergo a breast augmentation to enhance her breasts appearance. She was a A/B cup and wished her breast augmentation to increase her to a C cup. Her sternal notch to nipple distance was 18.5 cm and her nipple to nipple position was 24.5 cm indicating natural, laterally positioned nipples. After dimensional measurements and a virtual reality scan, the patient chose a 270 cc smooth round silicone gel implant. Her breast augmentation was done through an incision in the fold under her breast with the implant pocket below the chest muscle as a Dual Plane 2. Her post operative photos were taken 5 months after her breast augmentation and show a symmetric, proportional increase in her breast size. She achieved the C cup she wished from her breast augmentation.
