Breast Augmentation Photos - Case #4989

26 year old female, 5 feet 8 in, 145 lbs, nonsmoker, no prior pregnancies, who wished to enhance the size and shape of her breasts. Her cup size was a 34B and she wished to increase to a 34 C/D. After dimensional measurements were taken of her breasts, the patient chose a 410 cc smooth, round, silicone gel implant as the implant she wanted. Her implants were placed into a subpectoral pocket through an incision in the fold under her breast using a Keller Funnel for insertion. Her post opertive photos were taken 7 weeks after her surgery and show excellent symmetry and balance. She has acheieved her C/D cup size and a proportional appearance. She is very pleased with her result.
