Breast Augmentation Photos - Case #4799

28 year old female, 5 feet 2 inches, 115 lbs nonsmoker, who wished to undergo a breast augmentation. She had a consticted breast appearance and tight skin envelope. Her pre operative cup size was a 34A and she wished her breast augmentation to increase her to a 34 C. Based on the dimensional measurements of her breast a 300 cc smooth, round, highly cohesive silicone gel implant was chosen. Her breast implant was placed in a pocket below her chest muscle via an incision in the fold iunder her breast. A dual plane 3 dissection was done with internal scoring of the breast tissue to allow the breast tissue to spread over the implant. Her post operative photos were taken 1 month after her breast augmentation and show a balanced proportional augmentation. The base of her breasts has been improved and her shape and contour is excellent. She is very pleased with her result.
