Breast Augmentation Photos - Case #4786

31 year old female, 5 feet 1 inch, 130 lbs with no prior pregnancies who wished to enhance the size and shapeof her breasts by breast augmentation. After dimensional measurements of her breast she chose a 285cc smooth round silicone gel implant. Her breast augmentation was done through an incision in the fold under her breast and the implant was placed in a subpectoral position by a Dual Plane 2 dissection. Her post operative photographs were taken 1 month after her breast augmentation and show a proportional increase in breast size, improved cleavage and superior pole fullness. She is very pleased with her result.
