28 year old female, 5 feet 5 inches, 150 lbs, non-smoker who wished to undergo a breast augmentation to enhance her breast size and shape. She felt her cup size was a 34 Full B or small C and wished to increase to a Full C cup. After dimensional measurements of her breasts to determine what implants would be most appropriate for her wishes, her breast augmentation was done with smooth round highly cohesive silicone gel implants, 325 cc on the left and 305 cc on the right to balance a slight volume difference. The breast implants were placed in a pocket below the breast muscle via an incision in the fold under her breast. A Dual plane 3 dissection was done. Her post breast augmentation photos were taken 1 month after her breast augmentation and show excellent symmetry and proportion. She is very pleased.
