Breast Augmentation Photos - Case #4374

30 year old female, 5 feet 10 inches, nonsmoker, 150 lbs who wished to undergo a breast augmentation. Her cup size was a 36 A and she wished to increase her cup size to a 36 C. Dimensional measurements were done of the patients breast and based on those measurements she choose a 435 cc smooth, round, silicone gel breast implant for her breast augmentation. Her breast augmentation was done by an incision in the crease under her breast and implant placement was in a pocket below the chest muscle by a Dual Plane 2 dissection. The breast implants were placed using a Keller Funnel for insertion. Her post breast augmentation photos were taken 5 weeks after her augmentation and show a proportional breast increase to her body. Symmetry is excellent and the patient is very pleased with her result.
