Breast Augmentation Photos - Case #4272

32 year old female, 5 feet 1 inch, 110 lbs with 2 prior pregnancies who had post partum involution of her breasts and wished to undergo a breast augmentation to give additional volume to her breasts. She had a Grade 2 ptosis. She wished to avoid a breast lift due to the visible incision lines. Her breast augmentation was done using 300cc, smooth, round, silicone gel implants, placed below the chest muscle through an incision in the fold under her breasts. A dual Plane Type 3 dissection was done to help elevate the nipple areolar complex. A Keller funnel was used to insert the breast implants. Her post operative photos were taken 6 months after her breast augmentation and show a proportional, balanced augmentation. The patients ptosis is now Grade 1, with the nipple areolar complex above the level of her fold. She is very pleased with the result of her breast augmentation.
