Breast Augmentation Photos - Case #4231

30 year old female, 5 feet 5 inches, 130 lbs, no prior pregnancies who wished to undergo a breast augmentation. Her pre operative cup size was a 34 A/B and she wished to increase to a 34 C. She underwent a breast augmentation with 300cc smooth, round, silicone gel implants. The implants were placed under her chest muscle, through an incision in the fold under her breast in a Dual Plane 2 dissection. A Keller funnel was used for insertion of the implants. Her post operative photos were taken 5 weeks after her surgery showing excellent symmetry. She is very pleased with her result.
