Breast Augmentation Photos - Case #4054

32 year old female, 5 feet 3 inches, 110 lbs with no prior pregnancies, who was unhappy with her breast size and wished to undergo a breast augmentation to enhance her breasts. She was a 32 A/B cup on presentation and wished to increase her cup size to a full B, small C cup. After measuring the dimensions of her breasts, to determine the correct width range of her breast implants, she chose a 305cc medium projection, smooth, round, silicone gel implant. Her breast implants were placed through an incision in the fold under her breasts, in a submuscular pocket for maximal camouflage. A Keller funnel was used to place the breast implants. The patients post operative photos were taken 2 months after her breast augmentation and show a balanced, proportional augmentation. She achieved her Full B, small C cup and is very pleased with her result.
