Breast Augmentation Photos - Case #3908

35 year old female, 5 feet 8 inches, 144 lbs, nonsmoker, with 2 prior pregnancies who wished to enhance the contour of her breasts by breast augmentation. Prior to her pregnancies she was a 34 C/D. The largest she became with her pregnancies was a 36DD. She was presently a 34 small C and wished to return to a 34 D. She had slight asymmetry of her nipple height with the nipple being 1.5 cm higher than the left. Her inframammary folds were also at slightly different heights. The base width of her breasts was 13 cm. She underwent a breast augmentation with 400cc smooth, round, highly cohesive silicone gel implants, placed below her chest muscle in a Dual Plane 3 through an 5cm incision in the fold under her breast. A Keller funnel was used to place the implants. Her post op photos were taken 1 month after her breast augmentation and show a proportional, balanced augmentation with a slight lift. Her symmetry appears improved and she is very happy with the results of her breast augmentation.
