Breast Augmentation Photos - Case #3711

33 year old female, 5 feet 2 inches, 101 lbs, nonsmoker, with no prior pregnancies, with a 32 B cup who wished to undergo a breast augmentation to increase her cup size to a 32 Full C or D. She had breast asymmetry with the left breast being smaller then the right breast. After dimensional measurements, she chose a 300cc implant for her right breast and a 325cc implant for her left side to improve her size difference. Her breast implants were smooth, round, moderate plus profile, silicone gel implants, Style 1000. Her breast augmentation was done through an incision placed in the fold below each breast and the implants were placed below the chest muscle as a Dual Plane 3, using a Keller Funnel. Her post operative photos taken 2 months after her breast augmentation and show excellent shape and contour. She has achieved her desired Full C to D cup size and is very pleased with her result.
