Breast Augmentation Photos - Case #3455

36 year old female, nonsmoker, 5 feet 4 inches, 110 lbs with 2 prior pregnancies who wished to undergo a breast augmentation to return her breast fullness she had lost after her pregnancies. She was a 34 A/B cup and wished to achieve a 34 C cup. After measuring the dimensions of her breasts, she chose a 305cc silicone gel implant as her choice. She underwent a breast augmentation with 305 cc smooth, round, silicone gel implants, which were placed below the chest muscle by a Dual Plane 2 dissection, through an incision in the fold under her breast. Her post breast augmentation photos were taken 5 months after her surgery and show a balanced, symmetrical augmentation, proportional to her body size. She is very pleased with her breast augmentation and has achieved her 34 C cup.
