34 year old female, 5 feet 2 inches 110 lbs, nonsmoker, no prior pregnancies who wished to undergo a breast augmentation to enhance the volume of her breasts and give her a more feminine shape. She was a 34 A cup and wished to increase to a 34 C cup. She underwent a breast augmentation with smooth, round, 325cc, silicone gel breast implants placed in a pocket below her chest muscle through an incision in the fold under her breasts. Her post breast augmentation photos were taken 4 months after her surgery showing an excellent enhancement of shape, volume and contour. She achieved her 34 C cup size. The patient is very pleased with her new appearance.
