30 year old female, 5 feet 4 inches, 145 lbs, nonsmoker, 4 pregnancies. Current cup size: 32 A. Desired cup size: 32 C. She underwent a breast augmentation with 325 cc smooth, round, moderate profile plus silicone gel implants, through an inframammary incision, placing the implants below the muscle in a Dual Plane 2 dissection. Implants were inserted with a Keller Funnel. Post operative photos were taken 6 weeks after surgery.
