26 year old female, 5 feet 5 inches, 120 lbs, no prior pregnancies, who wished to undergo a breast augmentation to enhance her size from her present 34 B to a 34 Full C cup. Her breast augmentation was performed through an incision in the fold under her breasts, as a Dual plane 2, with 355 cc smooth, round, moderate profile plus, silicone gel implants, placed with a Keller funnel. Her post operative photos were taken 2 months after her breast augmentation.
