39 year old female, 5 feet 4 inches, 150 lbs with 3 prior pregnancies who wished a breast augmentation to increase from a 36 A to a 36 full C cup. She underwent a breast augmentation with 415 cc smooth, round moderate profile plus, silicone gel implants, by a dual plane 2 approach, through an incision in the fold under her breast. A Keller funnel was used to place the implants. Her post operative photos were taken 1 month after her breast augmentation.
