Breast Augmentation Photos - Case #1874

44 year old female, 5 feet 4 inches, 140 lbs, with a recent weight loss of 33 lbs, who had 2 prior pregnancies and births who wished to undergo a breast augmentation to correct her breast deflation and improve her Grade 2 Ptosis. Her present cup size was a 34A and she wished to increase her cup size to a 34 C. She underwent a breast augmentation using 380cc, smooth, round, silicone gel implants, placed under the muscle through an incision in the fold under each breast. She did not wish to have a Breast Lft/Mastopexy as she did not wish to have the incision lines associated with that procedure. She understood some ptosis of her nipple/areolar complex would remain. Her post breast augmentation photos were taken 5 months after her surgery. She is very pleased with her shape and symmetry and has achieved her C cup size.
