Breast Augmentation Photos - Case #1850

42 year old female, 5 feet 3 inches, 120 lbs, nonsmoker, with 4 prior pregnancies who wished to undergo a breast augmentation to increase her cup size from a 34 B to a 34 Full D as a part of a mommy make over. Her breast augmentation was done with smooth, round, 410cc silicone gel implants placed in a subpectoral position. A dual Plane 3 pocket was created to maximize her final contour. Her incision was in the fold under her breast and insertion of her breast implants was done using a Keller Funnel. Her post breast augmentation photos show a balanced, proportional increase in her breast size. She has achieved her 34 Full D cup size and is very pleased.
