Breast Augmentation Photos - Case #1780

32 year old female, 5 feet 4 inches, 134 lbs, 3 prior pregnancies, with deflation of the breast volume and Grade 2 ptosis after the pregnancies. She wished to increase her breast volume but wished to avoid the incisions of a breast lift. She underwent a breast augmentation via an incision in the fold below the breast and placement of the breast implant below the chest muscle. The breast implants were smooth, round, silicone gel, 470cc volume. Her breast augmentation has given her symmetrical volume restoration and improved the appearance of her ptosis. Post operative photos were taken 9 months after her breast augmentation.
