34 year old female, 5 feet 6 inches, with 3 prior pregnancies, who wished to undergo a breast augmentation from her 34 A cup to a 34 C cup. Her breast augmentation was performed through an incision in the fold under her breast, as a Dual Plane 2, placing 355 cc smooth round silicone gel implants, using a Keller Funnel.
