Breast Augmentation Photos - Case #1608

51 year old female, 5 feet 6 inches, 122 lbs with 2 prior pregnancies and 2 births, nonsmoker with Grade 2 ptosis of the breasts and breast asymmetry with the left breast 2cm lower than the right. Her preoperative cup size was 34C. She wished to avoid additional scarring and did not wish a lift of the left side. She underwent a breast augmentation with 320cc smooth round silicone gel implants placed below the muscle via an incision in the fold under the breast. Her post breast augmentation photos were taken 3 weeks after surgery. Her breast augmentation has given her back lost volume and fill in the superior pole of the breast. She is very pleased with the results of her breast augmentation. Her post breast augmentation cup size is a 34D.
