Breast Augmentation Photos - Case #1590

25 year old female, 5 feet 2 inches, 135 lbs, with no prior pregnancies, who wished to enhance the size of her breasts and achieve a better shape and contour. She was a 34A/B cup pre operatively and wished to be a 34 full B or small C cup. The base width of her breasts was 12 cm. She chose a 350 cc smooth round silicone gel implant to achieve her goal. Her implants were placed below her chest muscle via an incision in the fold beneath her breasts. She has achieved her desired shape and size. Her post operative photos were taken 1 month after surgery.
