34 year old female, 5 feet 6 inches, 150 lbs, 2 prior pregnancies, 1 birth with post partum atrophy of the breasts. She had a grade 2 ptosis of her breasts but wished to avoid additional scarring which would result from a breast lift. She underwent a breast augmentation with 350cc smooth round silicone implants placed in the subpectoral position as a dual plane procedure. Her incision for her breast augmentation was placed in the fold below the breasts. Her post breast augmentation photos were taken approximately 2 months after surgery. Her breast augmentation has given her a more youthful appearance to her breasts.
