40 year old female, 5 feet 7 inches, 143 lbs with 1 prior pregnancy who wished to enhance her breast size by breast augmentation. Current size 32 B. Desired size 32 full C or small D. Her breast augmentation was done through and incision in the fold under her breasts, placing the implant under her chest muscle in a Dual Plane 2 fashion, using a Keller Funnel for implant insertion.
Implant: 440 cc smooth, round, moderate profile silicone gel. Her post operative photos were taken 3 months after her breast augmentation.
