Breast Augmentation Photos - Case #1418

44 year old female, 5 feet 6 inches, 147 lbs, with 2 prior births, who presented with a 34 B cup size and who wished to undergo a breast augmentation to increase to a 34 Full C, as part of a Mommy Makeover, with associated liposuction of her abdomen and flanks. Her breast implant choice was based on her base width breast dimensions. She underwent a breast augmentation with 380 cc, smooth, round, moderate profile, silicone gel breast implants. The breast implants were placed below the chest muscle in a Dual Plane 2 fashion through an incision in the crease below the breast. Her post operative photos were taken 6 weeks after her breast augmentation and show a symmetrical, balanced augmentation with excellent symmetry accented by a thinned waistline and flattened stomach from her liposuction. She achieved her wish for a Full C cup size with her breast augmentation and is very pleased.
