43 year old female, 5 feet 4 inches, 135 lbs, with 2 prior pregnancies and births who wish to have a breast augmentation. She underwent a breast augmentation via an incision in the fold under the breasts with smooth, round, moderate profile, silicone gel implants, 380cc, placed under the muscle by a Dual Plane 2 approach. Her post breast augmentation photos were taken 4 months after her surgery showing excellent shape and contour. Her breast augmentation has increased her cup size and it remains proportional to her body size. She is very happy with her breast augmentation.
