Breast Augmentation Photos - Case #1358

46 year old female, nonsmoker, 5 feet 5 inches, 115 lbs, with 2 prior pregnancies who wished a breast augmentation as she was unhappy with the shape and contour of her breasts. She had Grade 2 ptosis. She underwent a breast augmentation as a Dual Plane Type 3, with smooth, round, 320cc silicone gel implants placed below her muscle via an incision in the fold under her breasts. A Keller funnel was used to insert her breast implants. Her post breast augmentation photos show a balanced, proportional breast size increase with excellent fill in all aspects of the breasts. The patient is very pleased with her result. Her post operative photos were taken 2 months after her breast augmentation.
