25 year old female, 5 feet 6 inches, 138 lbs, with 1 prior pregnancy and 1 birth who noted volume loss in her breasts after delivering. She was a 34B cup and wished to be a 34 full C or small D cup. She underwent a breast augmentation with smooth round 350cc saline implants, placed below her chest muscle via an incision in the fold beneath her breast. She achieved excellent shape, symmetry and volume increase. Her postoperative photos were taken 1 year after her surgery.
