39 year old female with micromastia, 5 feet 6 inches, 125 lbs, no prior pregnancies, who wished to undergo a breast augmentation. Her breast augmentation was done with 255 cc smooth, round, moderate profile plus silicone gel implants as a dual plane 2, through an incision in the fold under her breasts, using a Keller Funnel. Her post operative photos were taken 2 months after her breast augmentation.
