65 year old female 5 feet 4 inches 130 lbs who wished to undergo a brachioplasty/arm lift to improve the contour of her upper arms. She was unable to improve their contour with a diet and exercise regiment and had loose skin which hung off the bottom of her upper arm. She underwent a brachioplasty/arm lift with liposuction of the posterior arm. Her post brachioplasty/arm lift photos were taken 15 months after her surgery and show a persistent improved arm contour. Her incision lines are well hidden. She is very pleased with her new arm contour.
