Dr. Darrow prefers to perform his cosmetic surgery at The Boston Center, a state of the art, private, fully accredited surgical center at 170 Commonwealth Avenue, Boston. The Boston Center has met the highest level of accreditation and certification and offers patients a safe private setting for their surgery. Our board-certified anesthesiologists and registered nurses have expertise in caring for cosmetic surgery patients and provide patients with a superior surgical experience. Overnight stays with a private duty nurse are readily available. Patients choosing a hospital setting may choose between South Shore Hospital or Quincy Medical Center.

Introduced to the market in 2009, the Funnel has been used successfully in more than 50,000+ augmentation and reconstruction procedures. The Funnel is versatile in its ability to be used for both augmentation and reconstruction procedures, and can be sized to work with a variety of implants, including: smooth round; textured; form stable; pectoral and gluteal.
The Keller Funnel™ is a disposable, FDA Class 1 device that is cone-shaped, with a special hydrophilic interior coating.
It can be sized to accommodate up to the largest implants.
